Meet Jenn
People know me as the energy detective
I help others find where the energetic blocks are occurring so we can move out the stagnation and any attached limiting beliefs, that are holding you back.
I work as a Holistic Business Coach + Modern Mystic here to guide you back to your truth and power to be able to heal yourself and align with purpose.
As a highly sensitive empath, I struggled most of my life with confusion, disorganization, overwhelm, breakdown and frustration — despite outwardly looking successful.
I was co-dependent because I was always overwhelmed by energy.
I held the belief that I couldn’t handle life and couldn’t even provide a living for myself.
I was fully immersed in the art world as a large-format analog photographer, later co-founding The John Dugdale School of 19th c. Photography and receiving awards for my artwork including a fellowship from the Center of Photography at Woodstock. I‘ve had the pleasure of photographing many beautiful souls and celebrities such as Rufus Wainwright, Patricia Fields, Annie Leibovitz, Frances Bean Cobain + Courtney Love And work featured in Kerrang!, New York Times and Self Magazine.
But even with all that there was something missing….
Everything crumbled — and I went from broke, living on people’s couches, and not knowing how I could handle the pressure of a “real job” anymore to owning and running my own successful photography and healing business that employs both myself and another brilliant soul. This has allowed me to live out my dream of living on both the East and West coasts + in Mexico.
The true “ah-ha” moments came when I started to formally train under my grandmother as an energy healer ... because the truth is it’s all about energy.
I learned to honor my sensitivities as gifts and began to work with them.
When I learned to align with my gifts, I truly started to unfold and step into my power in relationships, self-care, money and business.
This journey for me, has been about returning to myself, shedding old conditioning from society or ego, and tapping into the infinite wisdom of the soul.
And now, I am ready to share it with you.
